# Our Franchise Model

Shard Network is not just building internet infrastructure, we are building a movement. To accelerate our expansion across Africa without needing to physically manage every campus ourselves, we have created a **franchise model**.

Entrepreneurs, student leaders, organizations, or even small businesses can *<mark style="color:$tint;">**license the Shard Network model**</mark>*  to operate on their own campus (in another state or even another country).

#### <mark style="color:$tint;">How the Franchise Works for a Partner</mark>

1. **Reach Out**: You contact Shard Network expressing interest in bringing Shard to a specific campus or region.
2. **We Provide**:
   * Complete infrastructure package (hardware specifications, satellite sourcing guidance).
   * Operational systems (automated Gmail login, payment integration, customer support playbooks).
   * Brand license to operate as “Shard Network” in your territory.
   * Training (technical setup, marketing, user onboarding).
   * Ongoing technical support (remote troubleshooting, software updates).
3. **You Manage**: The franchisee handles local deployment, marketing, daily operations, and user support.
4. **Revenue Split**: An agreed revenue/profit split (e.g., 70% to franchisee, 30% to Shard HQ, or 60/40 depending on support level).
