# Who Does It Affect

This problem touches everyone on campus, but students feel it the most.

**Students** – They cannot submit assignments on time. They cannot join live online classes. They cannot apply for global scholarships, remote internships, or freelance jobs. Their future is limited because of bad internet and lack of access.

**Lecturers & Researchers** – They cannot upload course materials. They cannot collaborate with peers around the world. They cannot publish research papers because they cannot download the resources they need.

**Campus Businesses** – A small printing shop, a café, a campus e-commerce operator – they all rely on the internet to receive payments, market their services, and talk to customers. When the internet fails, they lose money.

**The Bigger Picture** – When students cannot access global opportunities, Africa loses talent. The continent falls behind in the global economy. This is not just a student problem. It is a continental problem.
